Bay Breeze offers full-service bookkeeping services.  Our dedicated bookkeeper maintains all accounting records for you.  We utilize QuickBooks as our preferred accounting system.


Our weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual services include but are not limited to: 

  • Enter all bank and credit card transactions via your monthly statements or online statements

  • Complete all bank, investment, credit card and loan reconciliations

  • Utilize job costing, class tracking and location tracking, when needed

  • Enter invoices, receive payments and record deposits  

  • Enter bills and record payment

  • Enter payroll processed by your 3rd party payroll provider

  • Track customer deposits/retainers

  • Track 1099-eligible vendors

  • Assistance with setting up new companies or catching up files in arrears
